Alex is a Founder and Partner at Cypress Capital Group. He has a decade of experience spanning private equity investing, investment banking, capital markets, and accounting. Through these afforded experiences, he brings a balanced and unique perspective to investing and advisory services. He has worked with businesses spanning industrials, technology, robotics, and energy, with an affinity for service-oriented businesses spanning the broader industrial landscape due to their home-grown spirit and the essential offering they provide.

Prior to founding Cypress, Alex worked within the merchant banking and investment banking groups at Cascadia Capital. Alex also has experience within capital markets via his time spent in San Francisco at BTIG. He started his career in public accounting providing audit and valuation services to hedge funds and private equity firms.

A Seattle-native, Alex enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, catching up with friends, and getting out on the water or golf course whenever Seattle’s weather cooperates.
